No Name (Berthoud Pass) Skiing 5/10/2011
I met Sarah at the Plume Saloon. She invited me to go skiing. I said yes.
The weather forecast was bad. It had been warm the day before, and the forecast was for overcast and chilly... so we expected pretty much bulletproof snow everywhere. But Sarah was willing to chance it anyway, so we headed up to Berthoud Pass to poke around. That way, even if there was no good snow, at least we wouldn't have expended a lot of energy.
When we arrived at the top of the pass, we were treated to bluebird skies. Go figure. We headed up Mt. Russell to take a look at No Name, a line I had never done but always wanted to.
