Weminuche Wilderness Backpacking 8/31-9/2/2006

My parents and I took a 3 day backpacking trip in the Highland Mary Lakes area of the Weminuche Wilderness in the San Juan mountain range of Colorado (yes, there are so many mountains in CO that it takes that many names to describe the location....) The loop we did was about 9 miles long, and the majority of it was above timberline (about 12,000'). Awesome, trip, awesome area. The dates were 8/31 to 9/2/2006.
